How can I place an order?
All prices have the 21% Spanish VAT included, if you live outside the EU this tax will be deducted at the final step of your purchase.

** The availability of the outlet products depends on the current stock. Due to the limited availability and popularity of this products, the availability will be confirmed once by our comercial department once your order is placed.
FREE shippment for orders over 50€ (In Spain and Portugal).
If your order does not exceed 50 euros shipping costs will be 8 euros.
- For shipments to the Baleares Islands, the shipping will be 10 Euros , if your order exceeds 100 euros, shipping will be free.
- For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs will be 15 Euros with free shipping from 200 euros of order.
- If you are registered on the website as a professional client , shipping in Spain will always be 6.95 euros ( 10 euros for the Baleares Islands) and free on orders above 200 euros.
You can return a product / order during the following 30 days for equipment products and 15 days for other items, counting from the receipt of the order.
To make a return you must access Order Returns and select the products you want to return, including a brief description of the reason for the return .
If there has been an error on our part do not worry, we will pay all the cost of return.
How much is the shipping cost ?
- For Orders inside the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal mainland) the shipping cost would be 6,95 euro. BUT if your order total amount (exc shipping) is bigger than 50 euro, you will get FREE SHIPPING !!! (only for street customers).
- For Orders to the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost would be 10 euro, you would get FREE SHIPPING if your Order is bigger than 100 euro.
- For Orders to the Canarian Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the shipping cost will be calculated by the web system, although all orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be checked for weight and volume to try to adjust the shipping costs (you may be required to pay more quantity for shipping costs if your order includes very heavy or bulky products).
* ATTENTION, for very heavy or very large orders (normally above 30 kg) you may be required to pay an extra shipping charge.
All SHIPPING COSTS indicated above are valid only for PRIVATE CUSTOMERS (non-professionals)
- For Orders shipped OUTSIDE SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (INTERNATIONAL) the shipping would be calculated automatically by the web system depending on the weight and/or volume of the products in your shopping cart. Some examples of EUROPE shipping costs are :

- We ship Worldwide but the shipping costs to Countries outside Europe vary too much depending on the size of the package. Our web system will calculate the shipping cost of your order depending on the weight and/or volume of the products in your shopping cart. We can also calculate a custom shipping quote for your order here : Contact Us or Email us ( info@motocrosscenter.com ) with the parts/products you want and your Country and we will quickly calculate a custom Shipping Quote for your order.

- If you are registered as a Professional/Dealer in our system, the shipping inside Spain/Portugal would be 4.95 euros (10 euro for Balearic Islands) or free in orders over 200 euro. All orders for professionals/Dealers inside Europe would be 15 euro shipping cost***.
Once you finish your Order we will start processing your Order, you will be contacted if there´s any problem with the Stock of any of the products in your Order. Once your order is shipped it usually takes 24h to be delivered (Spain and Portugal mainland), or 5-7 days for Europe and Islands.
In the very next moment that your order is being shipped, you will be informed by Text Message/Email with the tracking number of your Order so you can track it from your home through the internet.
