How can I place my order?

At MotocrossCenter, we offer different ways to place your order:

• Through the website: You must register, select products, add them to the cart, and complete the order. (We recommend indicating the make, model, and year of your motorcycle in the comments).
• By phone: At +34 978 834 236 and +34 607 391 888. Hours: 08:30 to 17:00.
• By fax: At +34 978 834 739.
• By email: Writing to info@motocrosscenter.com.

Are website prices VAT included?

All our prices include VAT. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside Europe are VAT-exempt (the system will deduct it at checkout).

Important note: Customs fees (DUA) and/or taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

Since July 1, 2021, the new VAT regulations for e-commerce in the EU apply (RD 424/2021).

How much are the shipping costs?

* Extra shipping charges may be required for very heavy or bulky orders.

What are the available payment methods?

• Bank Transfer: You will receive our account number by email. The shipment is processed upon receipt of proof of payment.
• Credit Card: 100% secure gateway (SSL).
• Cash on Delivery: (Mainland Spain and Balearics only). 2% commission charged by the transport company.
• Paypal: Use your account or card via Paypal.
• Facilypay: Monthly installments financing (Spain only).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally 24 to 48 hours within Mainland Spain.

• Europe: Estimated 3-4 days.
• Outside Europe: Approx. 7 days.
• Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla: Depends on customs procedures.

In case of clearance products, stock may vary; we will notify you of any issues.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

As soon as the order is ready, you will receive an email indicating the departure date.

What if the order arrives in poor condition?

All shipments are 100% insured. Please inform us as soon as possible to replace it at no additional cost.

Can I return an order?

At MotocrossCenter, you have 30 days to return riding gear products and 15 days for all other products.

Christmas Special: Returns for purchases made during the Christmas season can be processed until the end of January.

The process is simple:

2. Within 24/48 business hours, we will contact you to process the return.
3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

(Refund processing times may be extended during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas.)

Important notes:

• Returns are free of charge only if you choose a refund in the form of a voucher. (see exceptions below).
• Returns of electrical items and batteries are not accepted.
• Under no circumstances will the original shipping costs of the order be refunded, nor any customs fees resulting from shipping or collection, if applicable.
• For returns from abroad, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, as well as any customs fees, if applicable.

Exceptions to free returns by voucher:

• Location: Orders originating from the Balearic Islands do not include free return shipping, regardless of the refund method chosen.
• Second returns: Only the first return management of an order is free (via voucher). If you make a second return of items from the same order in a separate shipment, it will not be free.

Is my personal data protected?

Yes, we strictly comply with data protection regulations (GDPR). Your data is only used to manage your order and is not shared with third parties except for legal or logistical obligations (transport).
