RENTHAL TWINWALL HANDLEBAR

DESIGN
The Twinwall consists of two aluminum alloy tubes, one inside the other. This design provides the handlebar with additional strength and safety, making the Twinwall the most durable handlebar available. Covered by: U.S. Patent No. 6182528 and 5832785, GB Patent No. 2321225, U.S. Design Patent No. 431803
MATERIALS
The outer tube is made from 7010 T73 aluminum, which has excellent resistance to mechanical damage and is anodized to prevent corrosion. The inner tube is made from ultra-high-strength 7010 T6 aluminum and is hard anodized.
MANUFACTURING
Each Twinwall comes with a Renthal injection-molded foam bar pad.
Manufactured exclusively at the Renthal factory by Renthal production employees. The Twinwall goes through a 29-step process where raw tubes enter and finished handlebars exit the factory.
TESTING
Testing plays an important role during the development and production of each Renthal handlebar.
