How does size change work?

Clothing, helmets, boots and protections only.

You have two options:

Option 1
You send us back the product by your own means assuming the shipping costs and as soon as it arrives here and we verify everything is in perfect condition, we proceed to send you the new one with no cost for you.

The product must be well packaged with its original packaging and without transport labels on its original box or bag.

Option 2
We can order our transport agency to contact you and manage a product pickup. Out of both shipping ports (€6.95 to pick up and €6.95) you will only pay one (Total 6.95€).

As soon as it arrives and we check that everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to send you the new product.

You should note as the shipping port payment form you can choose among: Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

The product must be well packaged with its original packaging and without transport labels on its original box or bag.

NOTE: A product can have different prices depending on its size. If the size change contains any variation in the price, it will be adjusted by means of a credit or a new request for the difference in the amount.

How can I return one product or more?

You have two options:

Option 1
You can send us the product by your own means assuming the shipping costs and when we receive and and check everything is OK we will refund you the cost.

Option 2
We can send our transport agency to pick up the product on the stated address and when we receive it and check everything is right we will remit the costs minus 6.95€ for the shipping costs.

In both cases the product has to arrive in its original packaging if there is and packaged to prevent any damage during transportation.

If you paid Cash on Delivery, you should give us your bank number to pay your shipping refund.

* If the product is not on sale on the web and it is specifically ordered by the client, please ask us.
* The maximum term for order return refund is 14 days from its expedition.
* NOTE: Returns in ELECTRIC products will not be accepted if used.

Send or pick up

You can also send us the product yourself through the transport agency you choose or you can ask us to send someone at your home to pick up the package.

Choose how you want the refund of the amount

You can request the payment of the amount to your account or card, or obtain a discount coupon for the amount of the product for future purchases.

Every unauthorized carriage forward package will be rejected and returned to its origin point.
