Crotch
Measure from the highest point of your crotch up to your ankle, along the inner leg.
KNEE WIDTH
Indicate the width of the front of the pants on the knee joint part with the pants on a flat surface
Long
Measure from the top of the hip bone (usually in line with the belly button) to the bottom of the ankle bone, along the outer side of the leg.
WAIST
Measure around your natural waist, around the top of the hip bones, in line with the navel while keeping the tape measure parallel to the ground.

BRAZO (FROM NECK TO WRIST)
Stand up straight with your arms at your sides, measure from the base of your neck at the top of your shoulder to the bone of your wrist, along the outside of your arm.
