4. How to Place an Order

5. Prices

The prices will be those in effect at the time of the customer’s order confirmation and are valid except for typographical errors or the end of the promotion. The published prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain on the date of the invoice issuance and are valid for orders placed within Spain.

Shipments to residents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, or outside Europe are exempt from VAT payment, and our system will remove the tax at the end of your order.

(However, the cost of SALES DUA and/or required taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price).

The applicable tax will be the one prevailing in the country of origin. In this case, the seller is not responsible for any tax changes that may occur. In case of a change of the delivery country of the order concerning the buyer’s country of residence, the import and export taxes of goods to be applied may vary according to the regulations in force in each territory.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. These will be clearly and separately displayed before the final confirmation of the order by the buyer, and it is their full responsibility to review them before finalizing the purchase.

6. Payment Methods

MOTOCROSS LA ESTACIÓN, S.L.U. offers its customers the following payment methods:

7. Shipping and Delivery Times

MOTOCROSS LA ESTACIÓN, S.L.U. makes shipments nationally and internationally. Delivery times depend on the order destination and the product availability in our warehouse.

For national orders, the usual delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from the order confirmation. For international shipments, the delivery time varies depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. These times are approximate and may vary due to exceptional circumstances or force majeure.

The buyer will receive a confirmation email with the shipment details and, if applicable, a tracking number to monitor the order status.

8. Returns and Exchanges

The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify their decision and without any penalty.

To proceed with the return, the buyer must communicate their decision to MOTOCROSS LA ESTACIÓN, S.L.U. through the provided contact means. The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with their original packaging intact.

The refund of the order amount will be made using the same payment method employed by the buyer, once the products are received and their condition is verified.

9. Product Warranty

All products offered by MOTOCROSS LA ESTACIÓN, S.L.U. come with a legal conformity warranty of 2 years from the delivery date, in accordance with current regulations.

In case of a defective product, MOTOCROSS LA ESTACIÓN, S.L.U. will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract, all of which will be free of charge for the buyer.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. In case of conflict, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the buyer’s domicile.
