D.F.C. DOUBLE FLEX CONTROL SYSTEM
The Double Flex Control system has a polyurethane joint positioned in the ankle area to offer excellent forward / back joint flexibility. The system is anchored in the upper of the boot by means of two hidden screws placed coinciding with the malleoli. This special construction promotes front flexibility up to 18 degrees and, thanks to the presence of two fins that slide inside the corresponding housings, it controls the rear flexibility of the shaft that does not exceed 15 degrees, thus avoiding possible trauma. of the joint caused by the extension beyond its natural limits.
STRUCTURE OF THE ROD
The upper is characterized by the presence of an external polyurethane structure and by an internal upper studied to offer the perfect wrapping of the leg and a consequent level of excellent comfort. Construction details of the internal instep:
1. Soft microfiber that allows greater wrapping of the calf;
2. Double Velcro closure;
3. Elastic upper collar to prevent the entry of mud, dust and debris.
CALF ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM A
The protection for the tibia is made of polyurethane and has a regulation system studied to adapt perfectly to the different sizes of the calf and the introduction of knee protectors / protectors. This regulation is based on a system of screws that slide inside hidden holes. Each of the screws has two different positions to choose from depending on the amplitude range to be obtained.

MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUE IN "BOX" (MICHELIN® SOLE)
This special technique foresees the mounting of the boot on a polyurethane insole, manufactured with different thicknesses and densities and characterized by the presence of a steel insert placed in the heel area to guarantee maximum protection in the event of an impact. The insole is sewn directly onto the boot and, through a highly consistent gluing process, the rubber sole (Michelin®) is successively applied, which is easily interchangeable and replaceable in case of wear.
