- How do I place my order ?     
   
You can make an order through www.MotocrossCenter.com in different ways :     
   
- You can do it through our Online-Store. Just go to www.motocrosscenter.com and go through the registration process. Then log-in, choose the products you want and follow the easy, step-by-step automatic process. Finally choose the shipping and payment method, we recommend you to add the info of your bike (model and year) in the comments section and we´ll make sure that the parts you order will fit your bike.    
   
- You can do it by Phone. We speak English and Spanish, if you have any doubt just give us a call and we would help you in anything you need. You can call us in these numbers (+34)978 834 236 or (+34)607 391 888 between 09:30h-13:30h and 16h-19:00h in Spain mainland time.     
   
- You can also place an order by Fax using the next number (+34)978 834 739. Remember to write down all the products you want, with all your data and the payment info.

- How much is the shipping cost ?     
   

- For Orders inside the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal mainland) the shipping cost would be 6.95 euros. 

BUT if your order total amount (exc shipping) is bigger than 50 euro, you will get FREE SHIPPING !!!. 

- For Orders to the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost would be 10 euro, you would get FREE SHIPPING if your Order is bigger than 100 euro.

- For Orders to the Canarian Islands, Ceuta or Melilla the Shipping Costs will be calculated by the web system, although all orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be checked for weight and volume to try to adjust the shipping costs (you may be required to pay more quantity for shipping costs if your order includes very heavy or bulky products).
* ATTENTION, for very heavy or very large orders (normally above 30 kg) you may be required to pay an extra shipping charge. All SHIPPING COSTS indicated above are valid only for PRIVATE CUSTOMERS (non-professionals) The tax applicable to any order placed through MotocrossCenter.com will be that corresponding to the country of receipt of said purchase.

- We ship Worldwide but the shipping costs to Countries outside Europe vary too much depending on the size of the package. - If you are a proffesional, shipping inside Spain would be 4.95 euros (10 euros if you are in the Balearic Islands) and free shipping for 130 euros or more orders. For Orders around Europe shipping will always be 15 euro***.

*** Keep in mind that for heavy weight orders (normally over 30 kg) you might be required to pay extra shipping costs 

- What payment methods can I use ? 

You can pay your order using different methods :

- By Bank Transfer : You will get by Email all the Bank information so you can arrange the Bank Payment no matter where you are (Spain, Europe or Worldwide). We recommend you to send us the Bank Payment Receipt once you´ve done the payment to our email : info@motocrosscenter.com or our Fax number (+34)978834739 to accelerate the processing of your order*.

- By Credit Card : You can pay by Credit Card through our 100% safe (SSL) conection. Just fill in the easy Credit Card payment form in our Online Store. 

- Pay on Delivery : This service is only available for Orders shipped inside Spain, Portugal (both mainland) or the Balearic Islands. You will just pay the order once the Shipping company delivers the order to your adress. Keep in mind that you will have to pay an extra 2% of the total amount of the order in order to use this payment method. 

- By Paypal : You can pay with your Paypal account or with your Credit Card via Paypal (you can create your paypal account in www.paypal.com).
